Some of the “largest” brokerages in this industry use advertising tricks and pay to host many different websites with official sounding names, but really ALL the sites and ALL the numbers funnel back to single office or a person working from home. Which they will also list as one of their “locations”, shame on them.

Are you a Broker?
This is one of the most commonly asked questions by people that do not understand how the trucking industry works. YES we are a brokerage, and let us explain why that is what you are looking for, and why some less reputable companies with bend the truth in knots or give you a word salad to explain this question. They want you to believe they OWN the trucks coming to get your property, when nothing could be further from the truth.
99.8% of all the transport and logistics websites you find will be for a brokerage even if they have words like “direct carrier” etc. Transport brokers are a needed buffer between you the client and the driver behind the wheel for a number of reasons.
First for insurance and documentation reasons. We create contracts between the drivers’ and you to make sure the right items are taken to the right destinations, logged properly with the DOT, and fully covered by up to date insurance policies.
*There are times when a carrier will have a lapsed insurance policy or improper coverage for your load. We use multiple tools to track and verify carrier insurance to make sure it is valid and up to date. If the coverage is not enough a rider policy can be issued for the specific load!*
