Freight Transport : Flatbed
Standard 48ft Flatbed
While not fancy this very widely used Freight Transport trailer can still haul an awful lot of different types of items. Typically used for freight and palleted items that can be forklifted or pallet jacked on and off via a dock. They are also used to haul many standard height containers to and from ports and yards (high cube variant needs a step deck) but require a crane or lift to load and unload at each location.
Freight Transport:
With side rails added so items will not roll off they are now considered a stake truck and used with pipes, logging, and any roundish cargo that does not stack well (as pictured). Standard 48ft flatbeds are all the same 4ft deck height so they can utilize the docks at freight terminals and warehouses. This does limit how tall of an item they can haul at 9.6-10H (depending on state). However without ramps or other addons like some kinds of trailers they can haul up to 40000lbs without weight permits.
